who decides

So I am back after a long time.actually could not get a good thought to share with you all.actually I was a bit lost in the MATRIX which the people call as  the World.some may doubt  what is that ?
so I would first explain that over the past few months I am searching for a job. How hectic it could turn out to be was something unimaginable when it started. But nonetheless. This blog is  out of the course I mentioned in the Index( but it was all the more necessary ).and the reason is "THE PURPOSE".I mean many a times we are struct on a thing .How to do a particular job,how to decide what is correct ,how to tackle a given situation ,so on and so forth.I  mean sorry for getting personal but when I hear my friends doing a job in some company and still cribbing about the TORTURE they face,it reminds me about my friend who told how to Focus.
he also did his MBA from the same institute.
So I am narrating his story here and hope the discussions which I have done with him would prove helpful to all those who read this blog.
A simple and quiet man by MBA standard he was full of thoughts and ideas which he usually kept to himself.
It happened that I met him after a long time (even after studying in same institute)and I asked how he remains so calm and focussed. He then told his story and reason.
He told about his first job, the problems he faced and what he has decided for his future.
I would just give a glimpse of that over here.
The job he did was a project related job (can be read as "NO FIXED TIMINGS").many of you would still question this -I mean  there is no concept of many companies in India.true it may be but in project work it nearly equals as 24 -48 hours of work (even my friend has done a continuous shift of 48 hours).
work is always hectic and boring when you start it but becomes interesting once you try to master your work by enjoying the work. When I enquired about how he focusses himself he told me his story. When he was working  he had a dream ,a dream which was not only big but also needed a Herculean effort to cherish.
And one day he quit his job to relish his dreams. He wanted to study further so that he can acquire more knowledge and expertise.and he also told me how he collected the funds even after having a small income barely enough for survival. And one of the main contributor for the fund was Dinner.Dinner i was shicked to hear that but then he added a word "SKIPPING" to clarify the doubts .He literally skipped his dinner for 6 months so as to collect enough funds to support his coaching.
and this way he managed his fund for the coaching. But then he was not selected to a very good B school. and he told that this was also a major reason for his calm nature.but he also thanked GOD for the same, because the strength of this new institute was much more than other institutes and hence he was able to make more friends.
and the last thing i asked him was whether he was able to reach his goal and he replied in a negative.I asked the reason for this.He remained quiet for few minutes  and then told that he will tell about this later.
At last he concluded the talk by summarising his observations.
He said :
1. To always have a dream, the bigger the dream the better are its chances of its realisation.
3. Never ever Think of negatives - the downs and negatives of life are nothing but just perceptions and situations change over a period of time.
5.Eat to Live not vice versa-at times this helps a lot.
2. If struck in some problem, try to find the ethical and general solution to it.
4. Always prioritize your priorities and number them in correct order.(although in the long run it becomes immaterial)
would continue this blog further ...
Bye for now.

THE HUT by the side of railway track

4.10 a.m
a perfect time to start a blog (a million stars to help you when you are struck and a cool breeze to keep your concentration intact).Beside this I also have some old memories of this time--some cold ,some scary and some experiences.
So here I begin the blog -which is a story about The Hut ---a group of  shantis by the side of a railway track.Although blog writing is not about story telling but as some one has said --When you don't have experiences to share ,just tell a story. This particular tries to sketch LIFE from perspective of its inhabitants.
Before I start the story I would like to introduce about the characters
  1. "J"-a girl
  2. "A"- train driver
  3. "C"-thief
  4. "Q"- observer
  5. "U"- blind man
Apart from this there are many other characters which play a minor role in the plot.
So lets begin.
These people apart from Q were all inhabitants of these shantis.Although each character is related to other but that is disclosed later.
The main protagonist is the Girl-"J".She is about 4 year old and orphan .What all memories she has of her parents is that her mother was a house wife and her father was a train driver (interestingly both died when a train accident occured on the track and the train rammed into the houses). She still considers that her father is  alive and hence she always wave her hand to the train driver in a hope that one day her father would return.
But that never happened.
Now she is completely dependent on "C' a distant relative of her. Some people relates him to be her uncle who was estranged by "J" father because of his bad habits.(he was unemployed at age of 24 and not contributing to household is an offence in lower strata of society). After the accident everything moved on its pace. The houses reconstructed, compensation given to those who had the CARD(only proof of ID --quite helpful for all(except the original holder) in such circumstances. The minister gets the VOTE ,  the clerk at local authorities get the NOTE .And the life continues.
But the tragedy struck again. This time the accident was not a major accident ( just a minor derailment and loss of 10 lives.).As always a compensation package was declared for all.But after this accident not everything remained the same."C" was missing now and "J" was now under the care of some other people of the locality.(who received a compensation from the local authorities this time.)There were rumors that "C" has stolen valuables from the accident site and is now running for covers.
Time passed by."J" is now 8 years old and a contributor to the household of her caretakers.(she works in the households  nearby )
Then one fine day "C" returns back. This time he takes "J" with him.Interestingly they took the train which travelled on the same railway track and passed by the same locality. But in the train there was two more co passengers who were smiled on seeing"J".
ANY GUESSES who were THEY ?
Now the main story unearths when they all reach the town in the near by state.
The man "C" was the father of "J".one of the co passenger in the train was the mother of "J".
Now who died in the accident.
.
.
.
.
.
.
Incidently  INDIA is still a developing country.
.
.
The family of "J" was one the few families which remain unaffected by the accident. However the compensation offered for the victims was a fairly large amount which led "C" to form a plot.He first removed "J" 's mother from the place. Then he managed to show the authorities that the people who died in the accident were parents of "J".And the compensation was suppose to manage the rest.
However as time passed by and they didn't receive any compensation they thought of another plan.
A train accident but a planned  train accident.
Hence this time it was intentionally done .
The loot in the accident was to compensate for the delays in the process of payments of compensation as in earlier case.
So everything went as planned.
They relocated to a new town with a  new IDENTITY (which is not a difficult task for such people).
Hope u all like this.
and if you have read the whole blog and found something missing just scroll down.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.In the start there was a blind man named "K" which appeared no where in the story(or was he there ? )
.
.
.
.
.
the Blind man infact is a symbolic of the society which comprises of people like You and me who come from middle and upper strata of society and the Governments .It is because of the neglect on our part that such incidents occur.
We might be a developing nation today but ARE WE PREPARED TO GRADUATE TO A DEVELOPED NATION ?
the question will always remain unanswered .
and that is the gist /summary of the blog.
we care for ourselves(WE MUST GET THE BEST possible) But should that be at cost?

the INDEX

hi all,
last night(infact morning -3 a.m.) I was pondering over the topic for my next blog when I reached the above topic.for some it may appear nonsensical but will soon understand the reason for same.
When I sat down to write the blog I could not make out from where to start---  a number of ideas passed through  my mind and left a mark---So I decided to just make an index of all the ideas which I would be sharing in the next few months..So here is the list:
  1.  The Hut by the side of railway track
  2. You Live ,I die
  3. The A.C killed me.
  4. Lost
  5. This world is Not for me
  6. The God remained unnoticed.
  7. Uncommon Common Man
  8. My Apologies
These may not appear in the same order.Hope that won't effect the readers. But just by giving the titles I may be blamed for generating unnecessary curiosity. So I would give a slight detail as to what these blogs would contain.
  1. The Hut... is a story of a small hut(shanti/chawl) by the side of railway track and a brief story of all its inhabitants.
  2. You Live ,I die is a story set in present day scenario where one dies so that others can live (its not patriotic, but satirical)
  3. The A.C. killed me is about Global warming and environment.
  4. Lost ..it is about adventures of a young guy who visits a Big city.
  5. The world is not for me ...this is an extension of above story ,the same guy who was once LOST.
  6. The God.....is about the presence of God in kalyug and HIS problems .
  7. Uncommon Common Man...the name itself is self explanatory..Its about the Common Man (created by Shri R.K. Laxman )
  8. My apologies is about a guy who unintentionally creates situations where in others are trapped and suffer
Hope you all will like these (once I post these)

friendship day

hey all,
Happy friendship day
but this statement is valid only till midnight.
After that I wont even recognise you . I might not Say "Hi" to you or reply to your "Hi"(because  I am your close friend who is generally too busy to say a few words).Yeah but one thing is sure I promise I would remember you as and when any such events ,occasions is been imposed on me by some Federal govt.(read US ,UK etc.).
Also even though I you have been my closest friend at one point of time (or the other way round-you are my closest friend) but I am least interested in knowing your whereabouts now....Tooo busy to handle my daily chores...
All I remember about you is --once we were very close friends ,we shared each and every things,we spent nights chatting about trivial things, helped you in your miseries and laughed out our happiness together. But today we are a completely different person (tooo engrossed in the worldly affairs of earning a livelihood---even though the essence of life is miniscule without a friend ).
Dear friend I will make it a point that every year I wish you on friendship day(what if- I forget your birthday is the most celebrated day in your life and which is not usually displayed on my social networks)
and I would pray to God and all the Federal Govt.(read THE US and THE UK) for converting the days of year into friendships day (I strongly support that there should be one friendship day every month or every fortnight---atleast for the Old friend's sake )
I deeply miss those old days (read -- I hardly remember that forgotten era)
-------------------------------------------------
P.S(post script-not someone's name or initials)
Lets make a promise to ourself we will not become a friend like this..We are INDIANS we dont need special occasions to remember friends...CHEERS to our friendship...But I am sure few of the readers would even realise the true meaning of such a blog....Lets play a game--just close your eye for a minute and remember one of the friend of yours whom you haven't talked in the recent past and recall how he/she has changed/affected your life...I am sure its tricky to recall "FRIENDSHIP"
at last--
HAPPY FRIENDSHIP second, minute ,hour, day ,year --in short -- HAPPY FRIENDSHIP LIFETIME.

my first blog

hi all,
WELCOME U ALL,

so here I begin,
after going through a plethora of names and titles I came up with this cliche title (Hope YOU all like it).
the reason for starting blogs was to share my thoughts ,ideas, observations and experiences. If You like it, its Good  and if you dont like it please dont comment on this blog rather start your new blog(as I am doing) .I would appreciate critical evaluation of my blogs but not criticism of blogs...
to begin the journey on a sweet note -----PLz ignore what all is written above and help me to write better blogs..
